The strategic location of openings in tune with strategic orientation of building, permit sufficient daylight, that too without glare, such that artificial lights are not required during late evenings also, but needed only at night.

Further the strategic design, variations of being clear, partly clear, louvered or opaque, permit modulation of natural day light, to suit lifestyle requirements, different for different timings of the day.
