The concept for this project revolves around two central themes- (i) De-stressing experiential quality (ii) User centric approach to design.

This has given rise to a building that is not only functionally sound but has low ecological footprint as well, while casting lowest possible ecological footprint. We had to design the Hospital in order to suit the functional requirements and ambience preferences of the core users, simultaneously complying with green building norms.

All the materials are local materials. The façade is specially designed using ceramic pipes, bamboo, ceramic tiles. It has reduced need of exterior wall on all surfaces. The façade has given an ‘ICONIC’ identity to the building, in the respective area of its location. The central triple height courtyard not only connects all floors visually, but also enables hot air accumulated inside the building, during the day, to vent out.
